“If a man strays purely on “looks”…then he obviously is a shallow bastard. If a woman strays purely on looks than she obviously has shallow-issues. Nobody said that one has to stay w/a guy based on looks…or that you have to look a ” certain” way in order for a man to stay with you. How did this debate get so carried away? As I said earlier… I dress to please my guy because it makes ME HAPPY to PLEASE him—and visa-versa. I love the way I dress. I love the way I do my makeup. Every woman should take pride in her appearance :) Guys DO appreciate it when you take the extra five/ten minutes in the mirror or closet putting on some red lipstick or wearing a slim pencil skirt & silk blouse. Men are VISUAL creatures. The love you of course, but they also LOVE sex… and what turns a guy on the most??? Visual stimulation! Females have so much power— and its dumbed down by opinions of “oh I should not have to dress or look a certain way to keep a man” . That’s bull. Whether anyone wants to admit to it or not “looks” DO matter. You have to be attracted to your partner. You should at least try to please each other visually. Love and sex are two different things and I think people ( especially women) get on the defense and confuse the two….even when it comes to something as simple as trying to look nice for your guy. Geez. Take it easy.” -Jessica B. Via Shipwreck Island on Facebook
"Lots of people will take a swig of a dark roast coffee and whoop about what a "kick" it has … but while they’re getting a more robust *flavor*, caffeine is flavorless. Ever notice that "breakfast blend" coffees are always medium or light roast? That’s because the roasting process breaks down caffeine, and since most people want a good caffeine jolt to kickstart their day, that’s exactly what you’ll get with medium or lighter roasts (Starbucks’ "blonde roast" coffees are another example of that). The darker the roast (think Sumatra, French roast, espresso), the *less* caffeine it has. So if you’re drinking the light roast coffees because you "want less caffeine" … um, you’re not doing it right. " -Friend Roger via Facebook

"Wolfenstein 3D feels like a game that needs no introduction. But as time goes on, I wonder how many people only know it from its bullet points (Nazis, early first person shooter, 90-degree angle rooms) instead of having actually played it. There’s more to the game than the surface, and I think many people today, and especially in the future, would be surprised at how “modern” parts of Wolf feel. Once again, the early attempts astonishingly get a lot of things right the first time…"
